10 razlogov zakaj izvajati jogo // 10 reasons you should be doing yoga.

Vas zanima zakaj je res fajn izvajati jogo in kateri so njeni pozitivni učinki na vaše telo in um? No pa si malo poglejmo:

  1. Povečanje fleksibilnosti. Mogoče mislite, da gibčnost ni pomembna ampak vrjemite, da vam bo vaš telešček hvaležen za to. Tudi če nočete vsem razlagati da lahko naredite špago ( čeprav mislim, da bi se s tem vsak z veseljem pohvalil in tudi sama komaj čakam da se vam pohvalim :) ), gibčnost med drugim pomaga pri težavah s hrbtenico, prav tako pa vam lahko zelo izboljša telesno držo.
  2. Spodbuditev krvnega obtoka. ¨Pretočno˝ gibanje pri jogi pomaga pri tem, da kri bolj kroži po tvojem telesu. S tem zagotovi s kisikom bogato kri, in tako bolj ˝nahrani˝ vaše celice in tkivo.
  3. Zniževanje krvnega tlaka. Sproščujoča narava joge prav tako zaradi cirkulacije krvi, telesu pomaga pri znižanju krvnega tlaka.
  4. Boj proti boleznimi. Gibanje pri jogi prav tako spodbudi delovanje limfnega sistema, katerega naše telo uporablja, da se bori proti okužbam, raznimi boleznimi ter toksinom.
  5. Zmanjšanje kroničnih bolečin. Joga lahko pomaga razbremeniti tudi kronične bolečine, katere so posledica artritisa, glavobolov in še mnogih drugih bolezenjskih stanj.
  6. Boljši spanec. Prakticiranje joge pomaga tudi tistim, ki se borijo z nespečnostjo saj se tako veliko bolj sprostijo in imajo zaradi tega bolj miren spanec.
  7. Obvladovanje stresa. Dokazano je, da telesna vadba zmanjšuje stres in izboljša razpoloženje. Zaradi poudarka na sprostitvi in meditaciji pa je joga še toliko bolj usmerjena k zmanjševanju stresa.
  8. Povečanje telesne moči. Joga se osredotoča na krepitev pomembnih mišic, katere podpirajo hrbtenico in posledično tudi celo telo.
  9. Izboljšanje prebave. Raztezanje pri jogi v kombinaciji z zdravo prehrano pomaga tudi pri lajšanju prebavnih težav.
  10. Odstranjevanje strupov. Joga prav tako pomaga pri izločanju strupov iz telesa. (najbolj pa, če pri tem švicate :) )

Kaj smo zaključili iz tega?   3. Lower Blood Pressure.The relaxing nature of yoga promotes circulatory health by helping the body to lower its blood pressure.
  4. Fight Disease.The movements of yoga stimulate the function of the lymphatic system, which is what your body uses to fight off infections, diseases, and toxins.
  5. Reduce Chronic Pain.Yoga can help relieve on-going pains resulting from arthritis, headaches, and other conditions.
  6. Sleep Better.Practicing yoga can help those suffering from insomnia to be able to relax and have peaceful sleep.
  7. Manage Stress.Physical exercise has been shown to reduce stress and improve the mood state. The meditative and relaxation focus of yoga makes it even more targeted at reducing stress, which often reduces physical pain as well.
