No tako, kot obljubljeno danes objavljam slikice vaj katere vam bodo pomagale pri izzivu :) Seveda se je treba fajn potrudit ampak brez pretiravanja :)

Kako izvajati vaje:

  • pri vsaki vaji naredite ponovitev na obeh nogicah in v pozi poskušajte ostati vsaj 30 sekund
  • vedno se potrudite, da vaš hrbet ostane čimbolj raven
  • vaje izvajajte vsak dan ( lahko tudi dvakrat na dan npr. zjutraj in zvečer)

Viola…seveda pa si lahko vrstni red naštimate sami in po želji dodate tudi kakšno svojo vajo :) No tako, danes sem vam pokazala vaje jutri pa začnemo ZARES :) Ste z mano? Komaj čakam da vidim kako bomo napredovali :P

And here they are just as promised …the exercises  that will help you with the challenge :) Of course you have to be careful and not overdue it.

Here is how you should do it:

  • you need to repeat every exercise on both legs and try to hold in that position for at least 30 seconds
  • try to keep your back as strait as possible
  • do this exercises every day ( you can also do them twice if you have the time :) )

Viola…here are the exercises and you can change the order as you wish and also add some of your own :) Today was just a preparation day but tomorrow we start!! :) Are you with me?? :)
