Sweat.

 

I finally started working out like I planned and I love it. I found great workouts on Pinterest ( of course :D ) and you can check out my board HERE:) Most of the workouts are from Kayla Itsines. I love the fact that she is promoting a healthier lifestyle without any crazy diets or going to extremes like so many others do. She just wants women to feel great in their skin, eat great and healthy food, exercise and just develop a healthier habits.//

// Končno sm začela hodt v fitnes kokr sm si zamislna na začetku leta, sam kr je blo tko pestro se nism spravla prej. Našla sm ful fajn vaje ( itak na Pinterestu :P ), večina jih je od Kayle Itsines, lahko si pa pogledate moj board TUKI :). Ful mi je ušeč kr spodbuja punce, da začnejo z bolj zdravim načinom življenja na splošno in brez nekih norih diet, katere nardijo več škode k koristi. Hoče, da se punce fajn počutjo v svoji koži, jejo zdravo, okusno in raznoliko hrano in seveda da se čim več gibajo. Brez nekih ekstremov in tazga mnenja sm tut sama. Fajn video za počekirat, da še same mal vidte kakšna je punca :)
